The station is located in the Eastern plains having relativly moderate winter. Its carries out research in all aspects of potato. The thrust area are post-harvest technology, TPS technology, potato-based cropping system and integrated management of diseases and pests.The station also produces breeders' seed of potato and carries out transfer of technology programme including training programmes.|
